Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of SweepsData (the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.

What the service is

SweepsData is bookkeeping and data-tracking software. It records the information you enter, organizes it, publishes reports to Google Sheets and shows analytics. SweepsData does not run, host or offer any game, sweepstakes or promotion, and does not handle or hold any money.

Your account

You are responsible for your logins, for keeping passwords private, and for everything done under your account, including by your staff. Tell us right away if you think an account has been misused.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to enter the data, including information about your players, and for how you use it.

Following the law

You are solely responsible for making sure your business, and your use of the service, complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including those about sweepstakes, promotions, gaming, consumer protection and privacy, wherever you operate.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or resell it without our permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

Accuracy

The service reports the numbers that are entered into it. Please review your records; we are not responsible for decisions made based on data that was entered incorrectly.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On request, we will delete your data after your account closes.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, SweepsData is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above, and significant changes will be communicated to customers. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
